Opened by Atticus Hospitality in August 2025, Elliott’s has quickly established itself as one of Balmain’s most vibrant dining destinations. Set across a lively downstairs bar, upstairs dining room and balcony, private dining space, and a beautifully reimagined courtyard with a custom-built retractable roof, the venue offers a seamless all-weather dining experience with heating and flexible open-air functionality.

Designed for year-round enjoyment, Elliott’s provides a warm and inviting setting for long lunches, intimate dinners, and memorable gatherings. Complementing its modern Australian menu, the venue also hosts a curated program of DJs each week.
