Join us at Elliott’s for a special evening with Ten Minutes by Tractor, celebrating the release of their 2025 wines.

Hosted by winemaker Imogen Dillon, the dinner features six wines from the Mornington Peninsula, each paired with a specially created menu from the Elliott’s kitchen. Across the evening, Imogen will guide guests through the wines — sharing the stories, vineyards and winemaking behind the new releases.

Expect a relaxed night of great food, exceptional wine and plenty of insight from one of the Mornington Peninsula’s leading producers.

An evening of fire, flavour and celebration at Dark Horse Vineyards, Lovedale. Feast on whole beasts cooked over open fire, generous canapés, dessert and cheese stations, while signature Atticus Hospitality cocktails and local Hunter Valley wines are available throughout the night. There’s a reason Sunday roast is a tradition — it’s the one meal built for slowing down, pulling up a chair, and letting everyone at the table linger a little longer. At Elliott’s, we’ve built ours to be worth clearing your whole afternoon for.

The Roast

Our short rib spends 12 hours braising low and slow until it falls apart at the touch of a fork. It sits on a bed of onion soubise, silky and sweet, with brussels sprouts roasted for a little bite and char. On the side: sebago potatoes crisped in beef tallow and finished with thyme, golden on the outside and soft all the way through.

It’s the kind of plate that gets passed around, argued over, and ordered again next week.
